SPECIAL COMBINATIONS

My prices for most styles of massage, and for facials, are the same. You choose the amount of time you want to spend, and then choose your therapy/therapies. For example, a half hour facial and half hour back massage is the same as an hour’s massage. Half an hour does not have to be a back, neck and shoulder massage. One hour does not have to be a full body massage. Think about what your body needs today.

For example:

  • 30 minutes could be:
  • Back, neck, shoulders
  • Seated clothed back massage plus hand or foot massage
  • Legs and feet
  • Hands and feet
  • Head and hands (and feet)
  • Full body NO HANDS® massage
  • Half hour pulsing

If half an hour is not quite long enough, why not go for 45 minutes? Any of the above could fill a 45 minute appointment, as could any of the combinations below.

45 MINUTES many of the above or below, or:

  • seated acupressure massage plus Indian head massage
  • extended seated acupressure massage

60 MINUTES

  • A thorough back neck and shoulder massage
  • Half and hour pulsing, half an hour massage
  • Mini facial plus half hour back massage
  • Seated clothed massaged plus aromatherapy/remedial back massage
  • Seated clothed massage plus foot or hand massage or both

A FEW MORE IDEAS ...

FOOT PAMPER (30 or 45 min- you choose)
You begin by soaking your feet in a warm footbath, the scent of essential oils wafting up to your nose. While your feet are soaking, you enjoy a head or hand massage. Next, exfoliation to remove dead skin and leave your feet feeling silky smooth. Finally, you lie back and enjoy a fantastic foot massage with specially selected lotion. You will feel as if you are walking on air!

*Add a reviving leg massage for extra pampering!

THE LEG REVIVER (30 min)
Shiatsu style pressure on the legs using key acupressure points, followed by a reviving massage to legs and feet using essential oils of lemongrass and peppermint

FULL BODY WHIZZ THROUGH (30 min)
Using the amazing NO HANDS® massage technique (ie using mostly forearms), your back, neck, shoulders, legs, feet, arms, hands and face will be massaged in must half an hour! (it will feel complete, and will seem longer)


ROCK AND FLOAT (30 min)
15 minutes of “pulsing” (gentle rocking) of the back and spine to loosen up muscles and joints followed by a relaxing back massage, using essential oils that will help your mind to float away


EXTREMITY MASSAGE (30 min, 45 min, 60 min….)

People often comment on how much they like having their head, hands, or feet massaged – why not have all three in one session? The scalp massage can be done sitting, then lie back to enjoy having your hands and feet massaged. You only have to take off your socks!
