Massage works on many levels, relaxing the mind, boosting our immune system, improving circulation, and simply giving us time out, a valuable commodity in this modern world. Once people start having regular massages, they don’t know how they ever did without them. Sometimes you don’t realise how tense you are until the therapist starts working on you.

Having practised massage since 1981, it is difficult to categorise the massage that I do. I will use elements of Aromatherapy, Remedial, Swedish, Shiatsu, Pulsing to tailor make the session that is just right for you. This may be light and relaxing, deep and structural, according to what you need that day. It may be lying on a couch, covered with a towel, using essential oils to enhance the effect of the massage, or it may be seated, through the clothes, with no oils used.

Underlying all my massage now is the wonderful Gerry Pyves' NO HANDS® massage. This massage is not just about not using the hands.  It is about giving a deep, powerful, and effective massage that is not painful.  Your reason for coming for a massage may be:

HOW OFTEN?
Is a question I am often asked, and the answer is: that depends! If we are dealing with a specific problem, once a week for 2-4 appointments may be appropriate, gradually spacing them out. As a health maintenance tool, every 3-4 weeks is ideal, but any massage is better than no massage! The great thing about massage is:
